About Leigh

Leigh’s teaching style is direct, rhythmic and alignment focused. You’ll experience the most fundamental postures in new and dynamic ways. Leigh is inspired by many schools of yoga and allows those to surface in her approach to teaching. 

Class descriptions

Fuel Flow

Set to a deep, slow pace of breath, you’ll build heat quickly as you work through a series of Sun Salutations, followed by mindful warrior and balancing sequences. This class will fuel you with energy and leave you melted into a puddle on your mat.


Power Sculpt

A fitness class inspired by the Power Yoga format, this class offers a cross-training approach to yoga, by adding hand weights and resistance loops. You’ll start with breath and heat building sun salutations to energize your body and mind before incorporating weights with yoga inspired variations on fitness exercises. Classes are set to upbeat music that will have you sweating, moving and loving every minute it. This class is FUN!


Feel Good flow

The name of the class says it all. You’ll discover new elements of each posture and all the juicy spaces in-between them as you move slowly with grace, precision, and curiosity. You will tune in deeply, stretch out thoroughly and let go completely.

Vinyasa Burn:

It's always good to have a strap, block and a wall handy just in case.


Power Sculpt:

You'll need:

  • A light (0-5lb) set of weights 
  • A heavy (7-12lb) set of weights (optional)
  • Water
  • Hand Towel
  • Mat Towel

I frequently use: 

  • resistance loops
  • glides or a hand towel on a smooth floor
